Are You an Honest Witness?

If you were to die today and appear before God and He asked you, Why should I let you into heaven? What would you say? I’m a good person? Interesting. The Bible says that “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 GOD’S HOLINESS IS THE STANDARD. Have you ever lied, cheated or stolen? Do you struggle with lust, or dishonor your parents? God says this is sin and must be punished. “For the wages of sin is death, “That’s not just being buried 6 feet under, but that’s eternal death in hell for disobeying our holy God. But let’s read the rest of the verse: “but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 Now because Christ lived a perfect life here on earth, died in our place, then rose again, we can believe on Him, and in repentance trust Him as our Savior! “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;” Romans 10:9 Repent and Believe the Gospel! (Mark 1:15) (1 Peter 1:16)
